The jump to college hockey is real — and the best way to prepare for it is to play. This summer, we're offering a block of 8 sessions specifically designed for incoming freshmen to help bridge the gap between where you are and where you need to be.
These sessions will focus on adapting to the speed and intensity of the college game, with elite technical work built around the demands you'll face on day one of preseason. Expect competitive small and large game play that will challenge you in ways that push you out of your comfort zone — because getting comfortable being uncomfortable is exactly the point. Every session is designed to raise the bar and give you a taste of what's coming.

Your Sports Performance packet is a great start — but nothing replaces time on the field. This summer, we're running a block of 8 sessions designed to keep college players sharp, competitive, and ready to hit the ground running when preseason arrives.
Each session will combine elite technical work with small and large game play, giving you the reps and rhythm that no gym program can replicate. Whether you're shaking off the rust or looking to elevate your game heading into the fall, these sessions are built to challenge you at the level you're playing at.
We'll wrap up each session with open field time — perfect for anyone looking to sharpen their PC skills, knock out some turf runs, or just put in extra work with other players who take their game seriously. Some of the best improvements happen in those final minutes, and it's always better with good company.
